Our Story
In 2025, service-disabled Army veteran Justin Pearson and Marine Corps veteran Andrew Hall founded Mission Critical Defense LLC, an SBA-certified SDVOSB, to protect critical missions. Pearson’s 20-year Army career and talent acquisition expertise, combined with Hall’s 25 years in physical security supporting multiple agencies, drive our solutions. As a joint venture of Mission Box Technologies LLC and HLM Associates LLC, we deliver integrated security, technology, and cleared workforce solutions for DoD, IC, and federal clients.
